Chakra Balancing Meditation Resources:
- Insight Timer is a free app with over 30,000 meditations. It has chakra specific meditations or meditations for all 7 chakras. My personal favorite “go to” chakra meditation is “Sacred Journey for Chakra Healing” by Glenda Cedarleaf. She does reference essential oil blends in her meditation but they are not the same as my blends.
- Chakra Healing book is a very easy & comprehensive read to gain further understanding of the chakras. It took me only about 2 hours to read and I used it as a guide for gems/stones/oils to create my chakra essential oil blends.
- Chakra Anatomy is an incredible online resource. I highly recommend you download their free affirmations poster and print it for self guided meditations. Make your own inhalers with my blends or simply inhale out of the bottle to enhance your affirmation meditation practice.
- Make your own eye pillow to enhance Savasana or meditation relaxation. If you know how to sew this is an easy task. If you do not know how to sew, I do sell eye pillows in my store as well. I personally use half organic flax seed and half rice. In a glass or stainless steel bowl: add 5-10 drops of the essential oil blend of your choice with the flax/rice. Mix well before filling pillow. You will want to keep the eye pillow in a plastic zipper bag to retain the scent.
